Justin Lee (李宗瑞) the well-known socialite and playboy in Taiwan, also the son of a millionaire, 27-year-old Li Zhongrui a.k.a. Justin Lee, turned himself in to the Taipei District Prosecutors' Office on 23 August. Lee had been on the run for 23 days, for allegedly drugging and raping several women, including celebrities. Also he is accused of secretly video taping sexual acts between him and over 60 of the young women. However, Justin Lee denies the rape charges and insist the women know they were being recorded. Officers of the Taipei police department or prosecutors office are believe to be the source of the leaked sex videos to the public.
